Suburb Profiles

Bayview Heights

Bayview Heights is one of Cairns’ quieter southern suburbs — nestled between Mount Sheridan, Woree, and the edge of White Rock. It’s a well-established residential pocket where long-term locals value privacy, elevation, and larger-than-average blocks.

Palm Cove

Palm Cove is a coastal suburb about 25 minutes north of Cairns CBD, known for its iconic palm-lined beach, boutique village atmosphere, and high-end resort lifestyle. It offers a rare combination of relaxed tropical living and tourism-driven amenity, attracting buyers seeking both permanent homes and holiday investments.

Trinity Park

Trinity Park lies just inland from the northern beaches, nestled between Smithfield and the Bluewater marina precinct. Developed mostly in the 1990s and 2000s, the suburb combines newer master-planned estates with pockets of established homes, offering wide streets, larger blocks, and a family-friendly atmosphere.

Clifton Beach

Clifton Beach is a northern suburb located just south of Palm Cove and north of Trinity Beach, known for its relaxed coastal atmosphere and generous land sizes. The suburb features a small village centre offering shops, cafes, and essential services, which acts as a convenient local hub for residents.
